Vi har nu tagit fram en jigg för att kunna renovera avgashusen på turbo 6TC till Yamaha som sitter på ME370STi och ME420ST motorn. Detta är en diesel inombords motor med turbo. Vanligt fel är att turbon rostar i avgashuset och att turbinen fastnar så att turbon sitter fast och inte går att rotera.

We repair and remanufacture the turbochargers for Yamaha ME370STi and ME420ST. Turbocharger part nr is 6TC or turbo supercharger assy N51 for the ME 420ST. This is a very very expensive turbocharger. Common problem with the Yamaha turbocharger 6TC is that it gets stuck. This makes the ME370STi to get low Power and you can get black smoke.

We remanufacture the turbocharger with the parts avalible and we are now also able to fix the often bad exhaust housing. The exhaust housing rusts, and you get burned oil that get the turbine wheel to stuck inside the housing. Before that you often get lower bost, low power/performace and black smoke.
